Where do you go to look for girls these days?

I'm 26 now will be 27 the weekend after next. Never been high or drunk. I'm technically inclined and love working with my hands. Can't drive anymore because I have seizers. I don't like going to clubs or bars anymore. I'm starting to grow out of that scene. Book stores around here are a bad place for the under 21's because they can't get into the bars. I'm not religious so church is out of the question. I've had a lot of bad experiences with Christan girls. I'd like to steer clear of those. I'm sure not all of them are bad to please don't take offense. I enjoy reading hiking and building things either electronic or out of metal. I have a strong and almost on all the time sense of humor. I find something funny in almost anything. I sell jokes to local stand ups. I have a stable job and work standard 9-5 hours. Love to travel, have dual-citizenship. I'm a British-American. I spend months out of the year in England. I've been so busy lately I just realized that I was alone. I don't even know where to look. Online is a nightmare. I go to clubs and unless the girls there with a date Im noticing that a lot of girls end up dancing alone all night.Do they just want to dance with there friends or are the guys tierd of getting rejected by them so they leave them alone?Thats my thing.Ill watch a girl I like for a while to see how she treats guys approaching her and a lot of them dont seem bad looking but If I notice she keeps rejecting them,I wont even bother.

Some of us go to have a good time with our friends only. (Girls night out) We get hit on so much in bars/clubs that we just dismiss it. Usually, guys will glance at us for a while, but they only get the nerve to come to us when they've had a few drinks and feeling good. I think it's because of the rejection they feel they will get. Maybe try to confront them before you've had a few drinks. Keep your posture, feel confident, and smile. Don't look down below the neck, and just introduce yourself instead of giving us a line or 2 or 3. That doesn't work especially in a club. Maybe after talking for a little while ask us to dance. Can't you all tell if we're interested. We usually smile and flip our head/hear just slightly. We sometimes play with the straw in our drinks. Just don't be afraid to ask for fear of rejection. Everyone, even girls (once in a while) get rejected. It's all a part of it. You may be rejected 20 times before you find someone who will give you the time of day, but don't let that stop you.

Why do you guys all think there is something wrong with girls? There's nothing wrong with us. Some nights we do go out with the girls and don't want to dance with guys. We actually went out to hang out with just the girls. So if we brush you off...that may be why. If you make eye contact with a girl, you should be able to tell if she's checking you out or thinking "what's this guy looking at". The two looks are completely different. If you just talk to us by the bar that show us that you're not just trying to dance and then have that lead to taking us home. If you talk to us it shows that you want to get to know us. Just keep trying guy. Don't take it personally if a girl brushes you off while she's dancing because more than likely she went out that night just to get out and dance with the girls.

I'm single, and when at a club, often find the waitress(es) the most attractive in the lot. I'm somewhat active, physically %26amp; mentally, and I like how waitresses are there to work, mingle and run a business. Sometimes, hearing my peers complain about their lives gets tiring. I don't think it's a "faux pas", but just remeber that she is working for tips. Good chance she may be more interested in that, than you.

Those girls probably get hit on a lot, they are probably used to it, and know how to handle it. I am sure if you hit on one of them and they weren't interested, then they would let you know.

I live in cardiff but don't know any suitable girls in my job at the moment, so my social network is a bit poor. I don't/can't meet the kind of girl I want in clubs, because I find that is the WORST place to meet them as they're always on their guard, half drunk and out for a good time with female friends in a big group. In America it seems common practice to meet girls at the 'mall', but here it doesn't seem so, I mean, it's just weird to go up to a girl in the supermarket, even though I catch a couple of their eyes, that's about it.
