I live in cardiff but don't know any suitable girls in my job at the moment, so my social network is a bit poor. I don't/can't meet the kind of girl I want in clubs, because I find that is the WORST place to meet them as they're always on their guard, half drunk and out for a good time with female friends in a big group. In America it seems common practice to meet girls at the 'mall', but here it doesn't seem so, I mean, it's just weird to go up to a girl in the supermarket, even though I catch a couple of their eyes, that's about it. It's just desperate and has to be natural in my experience. I was thinking some clubs/societies, but which ones, and any other ideas? Thanks

Ok so i live in cardiff too. Maybe you could try going to the club "oceana" its very good for meeting new people. Try maybe going down atlantic wharf and see if theres anyone down there on a friday night about 11pm ish. Go to CD shops and just browse CDs, see if theres anyone there who catches your eye. If not, join a dating website or go speed dating
