I'm 23 years old. I'm a shy guy, decent looking. I've never been in a reltionship before because i've been too shy to ask anyone out. There's some girls where i work but most of the single ones are like 16-17. Is it ok if i ask one of them out because of the age difference? I don't like going to bars/clubs mainly becuase i don't like the loud bad music and large crowds of the clubs and i just don't like the meeting drunk girls at the bars. Where would be a good place for me to meet girls my age at?

If you were to take out 16 and 17 year old girls, you couldn't take them to a bar anyway. they're to young to be there. The age difference is pretty large when you are this young. If you were 43 and they were 36 it would be different. If you don't like seeing drunk women and all the loud music crap, try going to church and meet some decent women your age. Most churches have some kind of setup that allows people to meet and interact socially in a safe setting and environment
