what type of salary and perks do they get? They seem to just hang out until Deann wants to plan something fun. the show is pretty cool though.

yeah i agree with you, i watch the show too. im not sure but i think the show is just a experience for all of them. like a chance for the girls to at least try and get along and experience a different life.
